Great value for being centrally located in Rehoboth Beach
Comfy beds and a clean bathroom
Fridge and Microwave - Handy for storing and heating leftovers
Centrally located. Walking distance to restaurants, beach, boardwalk, and Funland
Free Parking. Parked the car and didn’t move it at all during our stay
Can see the ocean from our third floor poolside room (not all rooms have this view)
There is one elevator
We used the pool every day. Small, but big enough for a dip to beat the heat.
Included breakfast was a huge time-saver, and the family enjoyed it each day. And they serve cookies at night.
We definitely plan to come here again.

We had a great stay! We were able to park when we arrived at 1:30 and request an early check in. Our room ended up being ready around 3 and they gave us a call. I was particularly impressed by the warm and inviting lobby and friendly front desk staff. You could literally stay at this hotel and only venture a few blocks and have an amazing time. That’s how much you are in the center of everything. Being able to rent beach chairs for free was a huge perk and less to fit in the car. I was concerned they would be hard to come by but they had an impressive supply. We missed the wine and cheese and evening cookies but breakfast was good! Towels were nice and thick, water was hot in the shower and view from our room was great. The pool is a bit small but it was great and never too crowded. No complaints and we will be back!!

Visited Rehoboth Beach with a friend and were extremely pleased with our choice of the Beach View Hotel. The location was ideal - a quick walk to boardwalk and beach. Our room choice had been upgraded (thank you!) and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony where we could see the water. Beds were comfortable, sheets and towels were very nice. The pool looked inviting but it was a little too cool yet for us. Breakfast was steps up from what I’ve typically experienced at hotels. In house frittatas, biscuit sandwiches, muffins, along with bagels , toast and cereal. Wine and cheese in late afternoon was a treat as were the freshly baked cookies at night. We appreciated the availability of beach chairs, too. But most of all, we found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. I regret I didn’t get any names, but everyone we dealt with were top notch. I highly recommend this hotel!
