Hotel Wave Rehoboth Beach

I didn't know what to expect reading other peoples reviews and you know I'm going to keep it real soooo...the hotel wasn't that bad the lobby was nice and clean. The staff who I encountered was friendly. Ok the rooms we have to remember its a "beach" hotel the floors in the room look new the bed was pretty comfy if you like softness the room was decently clean. It was continental breakfast I didn't expect to see anything but what I seen boiled eggs, cereal, bagels, waffles etc. I only have a couple negative things the carpets in the hallways, I had a hole near my sprinkler and my tub had a patch that was not appealing. There was a trail of ants by the door but overall it was a decent stay and you can't beat the location in the middle of everything.

Despite my original comments, the stay ended up being really good. Staff were super nice and helpful. I would definitely come back here again!

This place is okay. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. I can excuse certain things, but this place can be better maintained. We visited the pool, and the area looks like it hasn't been swept in a long time. (Clumps of hair in the corners) This applies to the common area too. Rooms can use better ventilation. This place has potential but, respectfully, needs to be better managed. Price is hard to beat.

It was very clean. Although, this place seems more like a motel than a hotel except with the hotel's cleanliness. This place doesn't have an elevator so you must climb the stairs. Our price for 1 room for 4 people was 388 dollars. They have complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and toilet paper. Toiletries do not include toothbrushes or toothpaste so they sell them to you for like around 3 dollars i believe? The only complaint i have was that I booked a room for four people but they only set it up for 2 people since they only had enough towels for 2 people. So, I had to go downstairs again to pick the missing ones and bring them back upstairs myself.
