Big 5 Star rating for the staff at this hotel. Laurie, Jamie and Robbie took excellent care of us during a recent rare snow storm. Even as the hotel got completely booked because of power outages, they were kind, gracious and friendly. The chaos of nature didn't diminish their professionalism and we were so impressed with the many "hat's" they wore to make everyone happy. You are so lucky to have them!

The Hyatt House Lewes was lovely! The facility was clean and quiet. There is a nice little outdoor patio to relax in the evening or eat breakfast in the morning. I got a good night’s sleep and grabbed some coffee on my way out (there were some breakfast options, but I wasn’t hungry yet). The staff was accommodating and friendly. If I am in the area, I will stay here again.

During the blizzard, Hyatt reached out to the community to offer rooms at a reasonable rate for those without power. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was treated like family. It was so refreshing to see Hyatt come together with the local community during a time that we needed them the most. I highly recommend Hyatt in Lewes.
