First- shout out to Linda! I had an amazing experience thanks to Linda- we booked through booking.com and made a mistake and Linda helped us and went above and beyond!!!
Second- the hotel is run beautifully. Besides Linda being an excellent front desk manager- the hotel seems to be well run, and looks great all around. I don’t love the signage getting into the parking lot- and think there’s a bit to be desired there- but the hotel seems great and the staff is ON POINT!!!!

Hotel was clean for the most part. Staff for the most part was nice. They are not accommodating when it comes to shortening your stay. We wanted to leave a day early and they made us pay no matter what. Watch out for the towels. They will only replace towels if you bring back your used towels to the front desk. They have maybe theee towels at the pool and if more people come they only bring out enough for those that need. Absolutely absurd. Shower water pressure was non-existent and our shower head was held on with a rubber band.

My family and I stayed at Microtel, Georgetown for a baseball tournament that my son was in for 4 days and 3 nights that was very close to Microtel. The service was exceptional, Linda , and Shannon went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed and made our stay so much more happier due to their kindness, and hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel establishment for anyone that would like a warm welcome and family atmosphere while on vacation or passing through Georgetown Delaware!
