Has been one of our favorite dinner spots as a family when we vacation at shore! Great setting with nice Italian atmosphere welcomes you with a spectacular drink menu and fresh made appetizers and entrees! My go to dish is their eggplant parmigiana!! Will not be disappointed and highly recommend reserving a table in advance.

Arrived the restaurant around 5:40pm on 11/7/25. We didn't make reservations. When we entered, the hostess asked if we made reservations, we stated no. Her attitude was less than welcoming, even though the dining room was not busy. She proceeded to seat us (total 4 people). The waiter asked if we would be ordering drinks, we all declined. The server ended up delivering each of us water. (2) of the party ordered the Wedge Salad. When delivered, this isn't the same Wedge Salad as we have had several times before. What was delivered was not Iceberg lettuce, but loose leaf & romaine. The size was considerably smaller. The veal parmigiana that I ordered was ok, at best. The size of the veal was not that big & was over cooked. In comparison to the side dish of pasta, there was more pasta than veal. My wife ordered the Chicken Picatta. She stated the meal was OK, but there was more sauce than meat/vegetables. Our bill for the 2 of us was $80. (2 salads & 2 main courses). The other 2 of our party paid for their own meals. For what we experienced & the quality of the food/service, I felt frankly that we definitely over paid. It is unlikely that we will be returning to this establishment. My advice is, there are better Italian Food options available.

I have been to Ocean City for decades and I just found Mio Fratella today. There are plenty of restaurants but this one stands out. The flavorful food brought some excitement to my taste buds that I didn't know I needed, leaving me full but savoring every bite. I ordered the seafood platter including sea bass, scallops, shrimp, crab cake, mashed potatoes and vegetables. It was hard to even select a favorite, they were all cooked perfectly with bold, rich flavors. I don't visit the area often anymore, but I will definitely return next time. I have a date with the lobster ravioli next time.
