Its sad to have to write this, we have used this motel 4 times now. We went in 21, 22, 23 and now in 25 being as we had stayed in the past I thought it would be fine, we had no issues the kids enjoyed the pool, staff was friendly not bad price for motel in a good area. Boy oh boy was I wrong its mind blowing how 2 years made such a difference. Staff was friendly as normal, everything seemed the same until bed time. I wish I had thought to read reviews before going after waiting 2 years! BED BUGS !!! I have never experienced this nor had my family it was disgusting. Staff was super nice at 1230 am moved us to a different building to a "suite" it smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigarettes before we entered there was mold in the kitchen under the sink the bathroom above the shower mold! It was gross. Being it was so late my husband and I decided showers everyone and try to sleep and leave first thing in the morning and that is exactly what we did i couldn't sleep. I was completely repulsed. Everyone showered again before leaving we packed up I left the room key in the room I knew if I went to front office it wasn't going to be very nice. Luckily we brought our truck EVERYTHING WENT IN THE TRUCK BED! We got home everything has been washed with steaming hot water and high dryer heat. We bought spray and sprayed with bed bug killing spray. Just disgusting. That was the absolute worst experience that we will never go through again!!!

5. Totally disgusting!

Do not waste your money! This place is terrible. We are still itching from the bedbugs and the smell of the room will remain with me forever.
I contacted the parent company (Choice Hotels) and they refused to issue a refund. However, we were given free enrollment in some rewards plan and some up front points. Really? Anyway--YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Ick. Clean and spacious room but the ick bathroom was 1 star. Need to update their bathrooms to fix missing tiles/wet walls, update tubs and change out shower curtains. Breakfast and location was handy and ultimately why we stayed.
